Officer Watkins' interest in law enforcement began with his participation in the Explorer Scouts with the Harris County Sheriff's Department, Texas. In addition to his full time service, Officer Watkins has worked as both an Auxiliary and Reserve Police Officer. Officer Watkins holds a degree in Criminal Justice.
